These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Contractor CRM (“My Contractor CRM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, software, forms, automations, messaging systems, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
My Contractor CRM provides contractor-focused CRM software, automation tools, AI features, communication tools, websites, funnels, scheduling tools, reporting, and related services.
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must use the platform legally and responsibly.
Payments & Billing
Subscription fees, setup fees, usage fees, and add-on fees are billed according to your selected plan.
Phone, SMS, email, AI usage, and third-party provider fees are billed separately unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable. A2P fees are non-refundable. Setup fees are non-refundable
Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.
A2P 10DLC / SMS Compliance
Users of My Contractor CRM are responsible for complying with TCPA regulations, CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC registration requirements, carrier messaging policies, and all applicable state and federal marketing laws.
- Users must obtain proper consent before sending SMS or automated communications.
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, phishing, illegal marketing, or abusive messaging practices are prohibited.
- My Contractor CRM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate messaging compliance requirements.
Prohibited Uses
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal marketing activities
- Harassment or abuse
- Distributing malware
- Violating laws or regulations
AI Features
AI-powered features may generate automated content, responses, or suggestions. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated communications before use.
Third-Party Services
My Contractor CRM may integrate with third-party services including Stripe, Twilio, LeadConnector, Google, Meta, and others. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or policies of third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
My Contractor CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, data loss, indirect damages, carrier filtering, message blocking, or third-party outages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Additional Charges & Third-Party
Fees
Certain My Contractor CRM CRM features may require additional usage-based
charges or third-party service fees.
Phone calls, SMS messaging, email sending, AI usage, premium automations,
workflow executions, voice AI services, and certain integrations may incur
additional costs beyond your monthly subscription plan.
Third-party providers may include, but are not limited to:
- Twilio
- LeadConnector
- Stripe
- OpenAI
- Google
- Meta
- Email delivery providers
Users are responsible for all applicable usage fees, taxes, carrier fees,
messaging charges, AI consumption charges, and third-party service costs
associated with their account.
My Contractor CRM reserves the right to modify pricing, usage rates, or billing
structures at any time.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of My Contractor CRM constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
